  • Once the documents are received complete in all respect, you can expect to get the service running within 15 days of time.
  • 2. Where are your channel partners located?
  • Our channel partners are located in all the cities where we currently operate in India. To check whether you have one near you, please go through the list of our channel partners on the website.
  • 3. How does quality of service affect the user?
  • Defined “Quality of Service” standards ensure that the user gets the maximum in any given service plan. He is able to get what is offered to him in the contract. With the pre-defined standards, we try to maintain strict check over the services delivered to the end-customers. This also gives an idea to the customer when to expect what kind of speeds and has been designed with the objective of providing fair service to all the customers in the network.
  • 4. What is the minimum contract period for Business Internet Plans?
  • The minimum contract period is 12 months for all our Business Internet plans.
  • 5. How do I register a complaint if my connection is not working? Within how much time would the problems be rectified?
